New game, old tricks
Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions is a game that inherits the old gameplay lineage of the classic ring boxing fighting games. The style winks at the old fans of the popular saga, with the iconic box rings of the movies, the exhausting Rocky’s training sessions and of course some of the greatest songs of the official soundtrack. The newcomer of the Rocky’s games stands out from its forerunners, because of its rooster, twenty playable characters, each with its own story mode, based from the very first Rocky since Creed II.
Despite the premises, the game it is not very enjoyed by the critics. Launched on 3 September this year, this new title has been quite unnoticed by the gamer communities, taking the risk to do not warm up the audience for the next Creed movie, scheduled on November next year.

Based on Rocky III, the game was considered a masterpiece of the sports simulation, and opened the way to future game titles. Launched in 2007 then, the title Rocky Balboa was one of the most popular ones, despite the omission of the characteristic and interactive training sessions. The first game of the new Creed age was released in 2018, Creed: Rise to Glory surprised everybody because it was developed as virtual reality boxing video game, with very positive reception.
